REFUND POLICY

We do understand that things happen unexpectedly after making your plans for the jamboree. If for some reason, you are unable to attend the jamboree, a refund is in order. However, after the June 1st registration deadline, many bills have been paid such as advertising, t-shirts have been ordered, delivered and paid for, breakfast and dinner plans have been made for the pre-registered number of riders. Thus it is our policy that refunds will be issued using the following guidelines.

All refund requests must be in writing and forwarded to the following address -

Registration refunds will be based on the following -

Requests postmarked prior to June 1st will receive a $70.00 refund
Requests postmarked on or after June 1st will receive a $50.00 refund.

Please allow a reasonable time for processing refunds.

All rides are on the Toiyabe National Forest
