The undersigned releases the Northern Mono Chamber of Commerce, County, directors, Employees, Agents, Representatives and anyone else connected with the management of the 2007 Walker Fall Festival from any and all damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims suffered by vendor to person or property. Also, relinquishes any rights to any photos and/or video taken in connection with this event. Also agrees to forfeit all registration fees due to weather or any other conditions beyond the control of the northern Mono Chamber of Commerce.
